About Jeff and Joy

Both natives of Columbus, Jeff and Joy have a broad base of professional associations, business experience, friends, and history in the area, making them a tremendous resource to their clients. Each one stays informed on local market conditions and current interest rates, as well as special methods of financing, and they utilize the latest in technology.

Consistent Top Performers, this couple has the experience, skill, and confidence to assist homebuyers and sellers at all levels. They have received numerous awards from RE/MAX International in recognition of their accomplishments.

Jeff has his broker's license and has earned the CRS, GRI and ABR designations. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is awarded to REALTORS who have completed a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements. Only 5% of all REALTORS in the U.S. have earned the Certified Residentail Specialist designation. The Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) is awarded for completing extensive real estate education in marketing, agency, property management, sales, and law. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation requires extensive training on buyer agency practices and procedures, passing a written National Exam, and having actual experience in Buyers Representation. More that one million people in the United States are licensed to sell real estate and of those licensees, fewer than one in 500 is an Accredited Buyer Representative.

In 2001, Jeff was named the REALTOR of the Year by the Columbus Board of REALTORS.

Jeff is a also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Board of REALTORS and previously served on the technology review committee for the Indiana Association of REALTORS?.

Married in 1976, Jeff and Joy have two daughters. Personally warm and candid, with outstanding communication skills, Jeff and Joy excel in individual ways that compliment each other and create a well-balanced team.
